| Become a Foster Today!! USERL does not have a central facility, but relies on foster homes to care for our horses. We feel strongly that the horses receive more one on one attention and care and therefore recover more quickly in a foster home than they do in a large, central facility with many horses. We are in need of foster homes! Foster parents provide shelter and stability for animals awaiting permanent adoption.
